mom's 60th birthday

there are few things that i could say i've perfected cooking... but the things i've close to perfected... i'm proud of! mom's birthday dinner represents the few things that i'm proud to present to others to eat...

and note: brussel sprouts need to be cooked for 30 min in 350 degrees and then its golden brown and nice and juicy with a crispy skin!...
